摘　　要：本课题组在"十五""十一五"期间,运用中医学、临床流行病学、生物统计学方法,开展艾滋病患者中医证候大样本的流行病学研究,为艾滋病患者临床症状特点及证候分布分析提供了大量的原始数据。计算机数据库系统具有对临床病例资料进行及时、准确的存储、选择、计算和分析的功能,为海量数据管理提供了有力工具。本研究在HIV感染者/艾滋病患者中医证候临床流行病学调查基础上构建了艾滋病中医证候数据库系统,该系统由SQL Server数据库服务器程序、中心Web服务器处理程序和用户浏览程序3部分构成,实现了数据录入、系统维护(查询与修改、删除、审核、数据导入与导出)、统计分析(统计学描述、统计学推断)等多项功能,为艾滋病中医证候学研究提供了有力的工具。During the Tenth and Eleventh Five - year Plan Period,using of TCM,epidemiology,systems biology methods,research group had processed epidemiology rearch on big sample of TCM Symptoms with AIDS,for AIDS clinical characteristics and syndrome distribution analysis offers a wide range of raw data. Computer database system has the timely and accurate clinical data storage function,selection,calculation and analysis,provides a powerful tool for huge amounts of data management. This study constructed AIDS syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine database system on the basis of AIDS patients clinical epidemiological investigation,the system consists of SQL Server database Server program,processing center Web Server and the user of browser,has realized the data entry,system maintenance（query and modify,delete,check,data import and export）,statistical analysis（ statistical description,statistics inference）such as multiple functions,for AIDS syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine study provides a powerful tool.
