摘 要:维生素缺乏是哮喘发病的危险因素之一。维生素具有拮抗气道氧化性损伤、促进气道损伤的修复、抑制气道高反应、诱导免疫耐受、调节气道炎症等功能。维生素用于哮喘防治成为研究热点,但其效益性仍存在争议。维生素的受体广泛表达、信号通路复杂,维生素与哮喘发病相关机制有待更深入的研究。目前,维生素用于哮喘防治的临床研究已有报道,但结果尚不一致。哮喘是一种由环境和遗传因素共同作用的多基因遗传病,今后维生素用于哮喘防治的基础和临床研究可结合遗传和环境的群体差异。该文就维生素与哮喘关系的研究进展进行综述。Vitamin A deficiency is a risk factor for asthma. Vitamin A plays important roles in maintai ning airway epithelium phenotype, suppressing airway hyperresponsiveness,inducing immune tolerance and regu lating airway inflammation,etc. The value of Vitamin A in asthma prevention and treatment has received wild attention but is still controverial. Vitamin A receptors are wildly expressed and the mechanisms axe complex, more studies are needed to further clarify the relationship between Vitamin A and asthma. Besides,asthma is a polygenetic disease caused by environmental and genetic factors,and the current clinical studies of Vitamin A for prevention and treatment of asthma are not consistent. New epidemiologic studies about Vitamin A and asthma should take environmental and genetic factors into consideration. This article gives an overview about the re search pogress of the relationship between Vitamin A and asthma.
