摘　　要：从医院内部和外部环境的变化分析了数据驱动医院科学决策的动因,研究提出并阐述了医院科学决策内涵,以及数据如何具体驱动医院科学决策的机理、形成与执行。以新华医院为例,具体实证数据如何驱动医院科学决策,并从可执行可落地操作的角度提出了医院如何实现数据驱动科学决策的具体建议和思路,为我国广大医院面对大数据时代下如何实现管理决策的转型和可持续发展提供了新的探索和参考。This paper presents a data driven hospital scientific decision topic from the change of the external and internal environmentof the hospital, and expounds the connotation of hospital scientific decision-making, as well as the data specifically how to drivehospital scientific decision. The paper also take the Xinhua Hospital ad an example, to expound how data driven hospital scientificdecision-making specific empirically, and put forward the suggestions and ideas to realize the data driven hospital scientific decision-making from the executable landing operation point of view. For the majority of hospitals in our country, it provided a new study andreference to achieve the management transformation and sustainable development in the face of big data era.
