摘　　要：肺癌因虚而得,因虚致实,是一种全身属虚,局部属实,本虚标实之病。虚以肺气虚、阴虚为主,实则为癌毒、痰毒、瘀毒互结,治疗以益气养阴、解毒散结、化痰消瘀为基本大法,但需正确处理益气养阴与解毒散结、化痰消瘀之间的关系,做到标本兼顾,不可偏废。同时治疗应辨病辨证相结合,配合手术、放疗、化疗等多种手段。肺癌早期,邪实而正未虚,可首选手术切除,配合中医药治疗,以祛邪为主,扶正为辅;中期则邪衰正气渐复,则应祛邪与扶正兼顾,且攻且补;晚期患者正虚邪实或正虚邪衰,脏腑功能低下,应以中医药治疗为主,益气养阴兼顾五脏,时时注意顾护胃气,以期减少并发症和不良反应,延长患者生存期。Lung cancer caused by deficiency,excess resulted from deficiency,is a kind of asthenia in origin and asthenia in superficiality disease. To the deficiency of lung qi deficiency,yin deficiency,excess of cancer toxin,phlegm toxin,blood stasis toxin accumulation, treated by supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin,detoxification and removing stasis,dissipating phlegm and blood stasis as the basic methods,but needing to correctly handle the relationship among them,giving consideration to both symptoms and root. At the same time, treatment should be combined syndrome differentiation with disease,combined with operation,radiotherapy,chemotherapy and other means. Lung cancer in the early stage,vital Qi not deficiency while pathogenic Qi prevailing,can be the first choice of operation exci- sion,combined with TCM therapy,giving priority to eliminating pathogenic factors and supplemented by strengthening healthy Qi;In the middle stage,evil deficiency and healthy Qi gradually recovery,should be combined eliminating pathogenic factors with strengthening healthy Qi;In the advanced stage,body resistance weakened while pathogenic factors prevailing,deficiency between the vital energy and the pathogenic factor,organs dysfunction,should be given priority to TCM therapy,supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin,consideration of the five zang organs,always pay attention to protecting stomach,in order to reduce the complications and adverse reaction,to prolong the survival of patients with.
