半夏泻心汤对胃癌SGC-7901细胞株细胞凋亡及细胞周期的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究半夏泻心汤对胃癌SGC-7901细胞株细胞凋亡及细胞周期的影响。方法:将半夏泻心汤分为半夏泻心汤低浓度组(0.125 g·L-1)、半夏泻心汤中浓度组(0.5 g·L-1)、半夏泻心汤高浓度组(2 g·L-1),按细胞凋亡检测试剂盒说明书及细胞DNA含量检测试剂盒说明进行,流式细胞仪检测样品,CELLQuest软件获取并分析数据。结果:半夏泻心汤能够增加SGC-7901细胞在G1期的比例,促进细胞凋亡,其中半夏泻心汤高浓度组优于半夏泻心汤中浓度(P<0.05),但半夏泻心汤低浓度对此没有作用。结论:一定程度半夏泻心汤可抑制细胞增殖,并有浓度依赖性,其机理可能与药物阻滞细胞至G1期和诱导细胞凋亡有关。Objective：To study the effect of Banxia Xiexin Decoction on cell apoptosis and cycle of gastric cancer SGC-7901 cell line. Methods：Banxia Xiexin Decoction consists of Banxia Xiexin Decoction low concentration group（0. 125 g·L-1 ）,Banxia Xiexin Decoc- tion middle concentration group（0. 5 g·L-1 ）,Banxia Xiexin Decoction high concentration group（2 g·L-1 ）,according to cell apopto- sis detection kit and cellular DNA content detection kit,flow cytometry detection sample,CELLQuest software acquisition and analysis of data. Results：Banxia Xiexin Decoction can increase the percentage of SGC-7901 cells at G0-G1 phase,promote cell apoptosis,among which Banxia Xiexin Decoction high concentration group was stronger than Banxia Xiexin Decoction middle concentration group,but low concentration group has no effect. Conclusion：Banxia Xiexin Decoction inhibits cell proliferation in a certain degree,and in a concentra- tion dependent manner,the mechanism might be related to drug blocking cell to G1 phase and inducing cell apoptosis.
