益肺灸治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病临床疗效的影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:分析影响益肺灸治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)临床疗效的相关影响因素。方法:采用文献分析的方法,检索2010年1月—2014年1月CNKI、维普、万方以及中国生物医学文献光盘数据库(CBM disc)收录的益肺灸(督灸)治疗COPD的相关文献(第一作者仅限于河南中医学院第一附属医院)。进行收集整理。结果:共收集到7篇,合格5篇。分析显示,影响因素有疾病病程、严重程度、合并证、治疗时间、间隔时间、适用证型、刺激强度。结论:益肺灸治疗COPD影响因素多,缺乏统一标准,与临床疗效关系缺乏科学证据。Objective：To study the related factors which affect the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（ COPD）with toni- fying lung moxibustion. Methods：Relevant literature of COPD with tonifying lung moxibustion therapy（ the first author only in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine）was collected from CNKI,VIP,Wanfang and China biomedical literature disc database（ CBM disc）between January 2010 and January 2014,through using computer search methods. Results：All the seven was collected and qualified five. The major factors which affected treatment of COPD with tonifying lung moxibustion were disease progression,severity,complications,treatment time,interval time,applicable syndromes,stimulus intensity. Conclusion：Treatment of COPD with tonifying lung moxibustion is affected by many factors,which is lack of uniform standards and scientific evidence of clinical efficacy.
