中医艾灸功效的药物基础及其作用机制探讨

摘　　要：关于艾灸功效物质基础的科学研究目前处于研究思路与方法的形成阶段,主要集中在艾燃活性物质成分分析、施灸穴位处透皮吸收基础、穴位经皮给药评价指标、组织液微创透皮抽提技术以及针灸血清作用的研究等方面。1艾绒燃烧过程中产生的灰烬和释放的烟气,含有大量的挥发性化学成分,某些成分已证实有比较强的抗自由基活性;并且艾燃的温度与其挥发性物的渗透量有一定的相关性。2穴位经皮给药易于药物透皮吸收,产生较高的血药浓度,从而发挥良好的治疗作用。3人体组织液的微创透皮抽取技术首先对皮肤进行低频超声预处理,提高皮肤表层对组织液的通透性,然后利用文氏管真空负压实现组织液的抽取、收集以进行相应的科学研究。4针刺血清抗哮喘作用和体液调节功能、针刺血清或艾灸血清改善免疫功能以及艾灸血清抗衰老作用的研究,为针灸作用及其机制的探讨开辟了新的途径,并奠定了相关研究基础。Scientific study of moxibustion efficacy and material basis is currently in the stage of the formation of the thought and method of study,mainly concentrated in the moxa burning active material composition analysis,moxibustion acupoint transdermal absorption ba- sis,point transdermal drug evaluation index,tissue fluid minimally invasive transdermal extraction technology and research on the effect of acupuncture serum,etc. .①The ash and flue gas containing a large number of volatile chemical components are produced in the process of burning moxa ashes,which have been proved to have a relatively strong anti free radical activity,and certain correlation with permeability temperature and its volatile compounds infiltration capacity.②Point transdermal drug easily for drug transdermal absorp- tion,producing higher blood drug concentration,thus play a good therapeutic effect.③minimally invasive percutaneous extraction tech- nology of human body tissue fluid firstly low-frequency ultrasonic pretreatment on the skin,enhancement the permeability of skin surface tissue fluid,and then use venturi vacuum negative pressure to implement the extraction and collection of tissue fluid for corresponding scientific research.④Study acupuncture serum for anti-asthmatic effect and humoral regulation function,acupuncture serum and moxi- bustion serum for improving immune function and moxibustion serum for anti-aging effects open a new way to explore the effect and mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion,and laid the foundation for the relevant research.
