摘  要:通过对3类不同质量(包括12个品种)的西瓜干种子进行不同剂量的辐射处理,研究了60Co-γ射线辐射对西瓜幼苗叶片光合色素及气体交换参数的影响。结果表明:60Co-γ射线辐射后,西瓜幼苗叶片叶绿素a和类胡萝卜素的含量随辐射剂量的增加呈现先增大后减小的趋势,叶绿素b的含量随辐射剂量的增加总体呈现出逐渐减小的趋势;气体交换参数Gs、Pn、Tr随着辐射剂量的增加而减小。不同质量西瓜种子对60Co-γ辐射的敏感性表现为大种子材料>小种子材料>中等种子材料;不同种质类型西瓜种子对60Co-γ辐射的敏感性表现为杂交种子品种>常规种子品种。Three different quality (including 12 varieties) of dry watermelon seeds were irradiated with various doses (200 Gy-1 000 Gy) of 60Co-γ, rays. The photosynthetic pigments and gas exchange parameters of watermelon seedling leaf were studied. The results showed that under 60Co-γ rays treatments, the chlorophyll a and carotenoid contents in the leaves of watermelon seedlings increased initially and then declined, the chlorophyll b content in leaves of their seedlings declined on the whole ; gas exchange parameters Gs, Pn, Tr, gradually declined. The order of the radiation sensitivity of different size watermelon seed was large seed 〉 small seed 〉 medium seed ; and the order of the radiation sensitivity with different geno- type watermelon seed was hybrid seed〉conventional seed.
