摘 要:HN公司综合办公楼原设计采用太阳能-空气源热泵供水系统,有效地解决了阴雨天气热水供应问题;在投入使用过程中,冬季经常出现水温上不去和压缩机被烧坏的现象。通过分析影响空气源热泵效率(COP)的因素,得出在冬季提高热泵工作环境温度,可以有效提高热泵的制热量和工作效率。通过对原方案进一步改造,设计了太阳能-空气源热泵-设备热能回收组合式热水系统,利用空气热回收机和离心风机将楼内监控大厅机器设备散发的热量回收引至空气源热泵机组进风口,作为热泵工作时的"原料",有效地解决水温上不去和压缩机被烧毁的问题,保证楼内热水的正常供应。目前,该系统已经投入使用3年,使用效果良好,具有一定推广和借鉴价值。The solar energy - air source heat pump water systems are used effectively in the original design of comprehensive office building of HN company to solve the problem of water supply in rainy weather conditions. However, the phenomenon of the water temperature not rising up and the compressor being burned often occurs in winter. By analyzing the factors of air source heat pump influenced efficiency (COP), it is concluded that to improve the working environment temperature in winter can effectively ame-liorate heating capacity and working efficiency of heat pump. A solar - air source heat pump equipment heat recovery combined hot water system was designed by further improvement of the original program, and the shedding heat of monitoring equipment in monitoring hall of building will be quoted to the air inlet of air source heat pump by using air heat recovery unit and centrifugal fans to be the“raw material”. It effec-tively solves the problems of water stagnant and compressor burned, and ensures the normal supply of hot water for the building. Currently, the system has been effectively used for three years and has a certain promotion and reference value.
