摘 要:为实施好建筑能效测评标识制度,落实节能减排目标和任务,加强建筑节能管理,提高社会公众节能意识,应以推广建筑节能新技术、新工艺、新材料、新产品为原则,贯彻节约资源、提高能源利用效率。对无锡多个典型公共建筑能效测评项目的外围护保温材料进行核实统计,得到外围护结构保温材料的使用情况,以及使用各材料时所投入的节能工程成本,这对无锡市积极推广建筑节能技术,提高民用建筑的节能设计水平,合理选用建筑节能技术有推动作用。The promotion of new energy-saving technology, new technology, new materials and new products, implementation of resource conservation, improvement of the efficiency of energy use will be use-ful to the implementation of building energy efficiency evaluation and identification system, and energy-saving emission reduction targets and tasks of our country, as well as strengthening the building energy management, improving the public awareness of energy conservation. The insulation materials for envelop of energy efficiency evaluation projects of several typical public buildings are verified by the statistics, the en-ergy saving engineering cost are calculated. The study will promote the energy-saving technologies actively in Wuxi, improve the level of energy-saving design of civil buildings, with reasonable selection of building energy-saving technologies.
