摘　　要：介绍了重庆市某机关办公建筑节能改造项目的基本情况、改造前的能耗状况及用能成本、改造模式、激励政策,对能耗监测系统、供配电系统、采暖空调系统、照明系统、办公电器、其他类型设备等方面用能存在的问题进行了详细分析,给出了具体改造技术措施。该机关办公建筑节能改造实践表明,在保证建筑使用舒适度条件下项目改造后的节能效益显著,改造效果明显,对重庆市持续推进国家机关办公建筑节能改造工作具有重要的参考借鉴意义。The energy-saving renovation project of a certain municipal government department in Chongqing is presented, including the project situation, the energy consumption, costs, renovation pattern and stimulus policy before renovation, and detailed analysis on the energy consumption troubles of the monitoring system, power supply and distribution system, heating and air conditioning system, illuminating system, electric appliances, and other equipments. Some detailed suggestions are proposed for the technolo-gy improvement. This renovation project has showed a remarkable effect on energy-saving under suitable conditions, as a reference to the energy-saving renovation project of municipal government department in Chongqing.
