摘　　要：如何去更好的帮助空巢老人去克服心理健康现状问题,通过体育干预来提高空巢老人的幸福指数,促进空巢老人身心健康,使空巢老人愉快地安享余生。本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析等方法对空巢老人心理健康及体育干预的研究进行综述分析。How to better help empty nesters to overcome mental health problems the status quo, through sport intervention to increase happiness index empty nesters, empty nesters promote physical and mental health, so that empty nesters happily enjoy the rest of his life. In this paper, the method of literature, logical analysis, the study of empty nesters Mental Health and Physical Intervention analysis were reviewed.
