摘　　要：在日新月异的信息时代,如同企业管理一样图书馆管理的实践也需要吸收全球顶尖管理大师们的最新成果。目标管理的概念由著名的管理学家德鲁克提出,是现代化科学管理的重要组成部分,是当代社会一种先进的管理方式。高校图书馆在新时代不断发展,充分实现其职能,也应该实行目标管理。本文就目标管理理论在图书馆中应用的可行性及操作过程进行了论述。In the information age, the library management needs to absorb the global top management masters of the latest achievements as the enterprise management. The concept of ＂management by objectives＂ was from Drucker who is a famous managerialist, It is an important part of the contemporary management mode. University library should carry out ＂management by objectives＂ to develop. This paper discuss ＂Management by Objective＂ in library application.
