摘　　要：目的探讨减少护理不良事件的管理策略。方法 2012年,对某三甲医院实施修订护理规章制度等护理不良事件综合干预措施,比较2011年、2012年该院护理不良事件的发生例数。结果 2011年护理不良事件总例数51例,2012年护理不良事件总例数33例,给药错误、标本采集错误等两年的发生例数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过改进护理不良事件的管理策略,使护理管理更加规范化、制度化,护理工作有章可循、有据可查,可减少护理不良事件的发生。Objective To explore the management strategy which can reduce nursing adverse events.Methods 2012 years,we implement comprehensive intervention measures to nursing adverse events,compare nursing accidents number in 2011,2012.Results There were 51 cases of nursing adverse events in 2011,and 33 cases in 2012,the differences of medication errors and specimen collection errors and other was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Through improving nursing adverse events management strategy,make the nursing management more standardized and institutionalized,can reduce the occurrence of nursing adverse events.
