多平台文献传递用户体验模型的构建研究

摘　　要：体验的四象限理论包括教育体验、遁世体验、审美体验和娱乐体验。通过基于体验的四象限理论构建的用户体验模型对文献传递平台用户体验进行抽样调查可以发现:各文献传递平台文献满足率符合用户预期,文献资源揭示能力有待提高;用户对文献传递平台总体响应速度满意,各平台使用的便利性差异较大;用户偏爱自助文献获取方式,文献传递平台社交服务形同虚设。The experience of the four quadrant theory contains the education experience, the retiracy experience, the aesthetic experience, and the entertainment experience. Through constructing user experience model based on the experience ot the four quadrant theory and making the sampling survey of the user experience of literature delivery platforms, we could find that the document satisfaction ratio of document delivery platforms accords with the user＇s expection, and the ability to reveal literature resources needs to be improved. Users satisfy with the overall response rate of document delivery platforms, but differences of the use convenience among multiple platforms are large. Users prefer to self-help document acquisition modes, and social services of document delivery platforms exist in name only.
