摘 要:家蚕天然彩色茧分为黄红茧系和绿茧系。黄红茧是通过来自桑叶的类胡萝卜素在茧丝的丝胶中分布形成的,包括:黄茧(内层黄茧和外层黄茧)、淡黄茧、肉色茧、锈色茧、红色茧等;绿茧是桑叶中的黄酮类化合物在家蚕中肠和血液进一步代谢后在丝素和丝胶中积累引起的,分为互补绿茧和独立遗传绿茧。家蚕天然彩色茧相对于普通白茧有一些独特的优良性状,如色彩艳丽柔和、更加柔韧、更强的抗辐射性能等,是理想的健康环保纺织材料。对家蚕天然彩色茧分子水平的研究不仅有重大的生物学意义,也可以为我们更好地利用家蚕天然彩色茧提供理论基础。本文就家蚕天然彩色茧(黄红茧系和绿茧系)形成的分子机制研究进展进行了简要总结。Natural colored silkworm cocoon includes two systems, yellow-pinkish color and green color. Yellow-pinkish color results from accumulation of carotenoids in sericin, and compri- ses of yellow cocoon (inner or outer yellow cocoon), yellowish cocoon, flesh-colored cocoon, rubiginous cocoon, pinkish cocoon, etc. Green cocoons are produced by the accumulation of flavonoids in fibroin and sericin. Green cocoons comprise complementarily inherited green co- coon and independently inherited green cocoon, controlled only by the green cocoon gene Gc (15-?). Compared with normal white silkworm cocoon, natural colored cocoon of silkworm has many superior traits, such as brighter colors, greater flexibility, better anti-radiation performance, etc, and therefore is a kind of environment-friendly and health-favorable textile material. Not only do investigations of natural colored cocoon of silkworm at the molecular level have great biological significance, they also provide a theoretical basis for the development and utili- zation of colored cocoon. This article gives a brief summary of the recent progress of the study of the molecular biological mechanism for the formation of the natural colored cocoon in silkworm.
