摘 要:硫化矿物经磨浮作业后,以矿浆的形式进入到浮选体系中,该体系中的各种组分多达上百种,是一个极为复杂的动态氧化还原体系。矿浆中的各种矿物在不同的电位条件下所表现出来的可浮性有较大的差异,通过一定的电位调控手段可以控制体系中的电位,使之保持在适宜分选某一种或者多种矿物的区间,从而加强不同的硫化矿物分选效果。通过向体系中加入化学试剂的手段来控制体系中的矿浆电位,对四川某铜铅混合精矿进行了单一电位调控浮选分离和电位调控+抑制剂辅助浮选分离对比试验,获得了不同的试验指标,证明了在该浮选体系下,电位调控技术可在一定程度上强化分选效果,为复杂多金属硫化矿分选研究提供了一个可能的方向。After grinding and flotation of sulphide minerals mining, it gets into the flotation system in the form of pulp, and the various components of the system up to hundreds of species, which is an extremely complex and dynam- ic redox system. Pulp in a variety of minerals under different conditions has shown a greater difference of potential flo- tability, through certain potential control means to control the system~ potential, so that it remains in a certain kind of appropriate sorting or more minerals range, thus strengthening different sulfide mineral separation effect. By means of adding chemical agents to the system to control the system in the pulp potential, a single potential regulation and po- tential regulation + flotation separation flotation separation inhibitor assisted comparison test was carried, and won the different test indicators. It proved that in the flotation system in this study,the potential control technology could en- hance the separation efficiency to some extent, and provided a possible direction for the complex polymetallic sulphide ore sorting study.
