黄金周过饱和旅游流对旅游安全的影响及对策研究——以云南省为例

摘　　要：旅游安全是旅游经济稳定运行的重要保障,是影响旅游业可持续发展的核心因素.特别是受到旅游时间和交通成本的约束,旅游流在短时间内快速集聚,形成的过饱和旅游流将对旅游安全造成巨大隐患.在从内部因素和外部因素剖析黄金周过饱和旅游流形成机理的基础上,对黄金周过饱和旅游流的时空分布特征进行分析.以云南省为例,基于2013年"十一"黄金周期间的旅游客流统计,获取云南省过饱和旅游流的时空分布特征,从交通、景区、旅行社3个方面探讨过饱和旅游流对旅游安全的影响,并提出过饱和旅游流影响下的旅游安全管理对策.As an important guarantee for the stable operation of tourism economy,tourism security is the core element which has a significant influence on the sustainable development of tourism. Especially the restraint of holiday time and transportation cost,rapid gathering of tourism flow will form hype-congestion tourism flow easily and give the tourism security a huge security risk at the same time. Based on explaining the mechanism of hype-congestion tourism flow from internal factors and external factors,the spatial and temporal characteristics of golden week hype-congestion tourism flow is analyzed. On the basis of 2013,＂11＂golden week tourism flow statistics in Yunnan province,the paper obtained both spatial and temporal characteristics of hype-congestion tourism flow. This paper proposes the tourism safety management countermeasures under hype-congestion tourism flow based on the impact of hype-congestion tourism flow of tourism security from three aspects of traffic,scenic spots,travel agencies to investigated.
