摘　　要：分析了新升格应用型本科院校在实验室建设方面面临的形势,存在的困难,具备的优势,从教学实施形式、教学条件方面比较了新升格应用型本科院校与高职院校实践教学环节的不同特点。According to the target demands for training ＂application-type＂ talents who have manipulative skills and innovation capability, analyzed the situation, tasks, advantages and disadvantages that the new upgraded ＂application-type＂ universities faced on the laboratory construction. Compared the characteristics, actualizing forms of main practical teaching links, requirements on practice teaching conditions between new upgraded universities and vocational colleges.
