子宫颈癌患者性功能与配偶态度的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的了解子宫颈癌患者的性功能和配偶态度的现状,并探讨二者之间的关系。方法采用女性性功能量表和配偶态度问卷对132例子宫颈癌患者及其配偶进行调查。结果本组子宫颈癌患者性功能得分为(16.53±8.53)分,性功能障碍发生比例达95.5%;配偶态度得分为(6.56±3.19)分;配偶态度与性功能总分及性唤起、阴道润滑度、性高潮、性满意度和性交痛维度均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论女性性功能得分处于性功能障碍的水平,配偶的态度与女性性功能密切相关,医护工作者应重视女性性功能状况及配偶态度,及时给予干预,以提高患者的性生活质量,从而提高生活质量。Objective To describe sexual function of patients with cervical cancer and the attitude of their spouse,and to investigate their correlations.Methods Totally 132 patients with cervical cancer were investigated by Female Sexual Function Index （FSFI）and the questionnaire of spouse＇ attitude.Results The score of female sexual function was 16.53±8.53,and that of the attitude of their spouse was 6.56±3.19.There was positive correlation among female sexual function,arousal,lubrication,orgasm,satisfaction,pain and the attitude of their spouse,which was statistically significant （P＜0.05）.Conclusion Sexual dysfunction is found among patients with cervical cancer and the female sexual function is positively correlated with the attitude of their spouses.Nurses should pay attention to female sexual function and their spouse＇ attitude,and take interventions timely to improve patient＇s sexual function and quality of life.
