白苓健脾颗粒联合赖氨肌醇维生素B_(12)对生长迟缓患儿体格发育的影响

摘　　要：目的观察白苓健脾颗粒联合赖氨肌醇维生素B12对生长迟缓患儿体格发育的影响。方法将48例生长迟缓患儿随机分为2组,每组24例。治疗组口服白苓健脾颗粒和赖氨肌醇维生素B12,对照组仅给予生活指导。观察2组治疗1年前后身高、体质量及骨龄的变化。结果治疗前2组患儿身高、体质量及骨龄比较差异均无统计意义(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组患儿身高、体质量及骨龄年增长量均较对照组显著增高,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论白苓健脾颗粒联合赖氨肌醇维生素B12能促进生长迟缓患儿体格发育,疗效显著。Objective To observe the effect of Bailing Jianpi Granule combined with Lysine Inositol Vitamin B12 on the physical development of growth retardation children. Methods 48 cases of growth retardation children were randomly divided into 2 groups,24 cases in each group. The treatment group orally took Bailing Jianpi Granule and Lysine Inositol Vitamin B12,the control group only received the guidance of life. Changes in height,body mass and bone age were observed. Results Before treatment,there was no statistic difference between 2 groups of children in height,body mass and bone age（P〉0. 05）; after the treatment,the treatment group in the growth of height,body mass and bone age were significantly higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Bailing Jianpi Granule combined with Lysine Inositol Vitamin B12 can promote physical development of the growth retardation children,the curative effect is remarkable.
