神阙穴干姜末贴敷配合捏脊对虚寒型轮状病毒肠炎患儿IL-18和TNF-α的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨神阙穴干姜末贴敷配合捏脊疗法对虚寒型轮状病毒肠炎患儿血清白介素-18(IL-18)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的影响。方法收集本院2012年9月至2013年4月确诊的32例急性轮状病毒肠炎患儿的血清,采用穴位贴敷配合捏脊手法治疗,5 d为1个疗程,1个疗程结束后用ELESA法检测患儿治疗前后血清中IL-18和TNF-α的含量。结果治疗后轮状病毒肠炎患儿的血清IL-18和TNF-α较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论神阙穴干姜末贴敷配合捏脊手法治疗可明显降低轮状病毒肠炎(虚寒型)患儿血清中IL-18和TNF-α的含量,这是其促进疾病恢复的机制之一。Objective To investigate the effect of Shenque point application of dry ginger powder with chiropractic therapy of deficiency type rotavirus enteritis on serum interleukin 18（IL-18） and tumor necrosis factor alpha（TNF-α）. Methods 32 cases of acute rotavirus enteritis from 2012 September to 2013 April were diagnosed by serum. Shenque point application and chiropractic manipulation treatment course was 5 d,after 1 course of treatment,detect IL-18 and TNF-α in serum by ELESA method before and after treatment. Results Rotavirus enteritis serum IL-18 and TNF-α were significantly lower than that before treatment（P〈0. 01 or P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Shenque point application of dry ginger powder with chiropractic therapy can obviously reduce serum IL-18 and TNF-α in the rotavirus enteritis（deficiency cold type）,one of the mechanisms of promoting the recovery of the disease.
