摘 要:目的观察心理护理干预对急诊科发热患儿心理应激的影响。方法将70例急诊科发热患儿随机分为2组,各35例,对照组给予常规护理,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上配合心理护理干预,观察并记录2组患儿焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分及汉密顿焦虑他评量表(HAMA)变化情况。结果同组患儿治疗后SAS评分均较治疗前减少,且治疗前、后精神性焦虑和躯体性焦虑比较,差异均有统计意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组SAS评分及精神性焦虑和躯体性焦虑比较,差异均有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理干预在一定程度上能改善急诊科发热患儿的焦虑状况,有助于帮助患儿积极康复。Objective To observe the effect of psychological nursing intervention on psychological stress in emergency department fever patients. Methods 70 cases of emergency department were randomly divided into 2 groups,35 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional nursing,the treatment group was additionally given psychological nursing intervention. The scores of SAS and HAMA scale were given to the 2 groups.Results After treatment,SAS scores of the same group were lower than before treatment,and there was statistical significance in mental anxiety and somatic anxiety(P〈0. 05); after treatment,there was statistical significance in SAS scores,mental anxiety and somatic anxiety between the 2 groups(P〈0. 05). Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention can improve children's anxiety of emergency department fever children to a certain extent,help children with positive rehabilitation.
