鱼肝油滴剂调和生地榆粉外敷治疗小儿臀红疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察鱼肝油滴剂调和生地榆粉外敷对小儿臀红的临床疗效。方法选取我院2010年2月至2013年2月收治或发生过臀红的患儿78例作为研究对象,随机分成鱼肝油地榆组、植物油组、生理盐水组,根据臀红的不同分度,分别给予治疗。结果 3种不同的治疗方法比较,鱼肝油地榆组的疗效明显优于其他2组,差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01)。结论鱼肝油调和生地榆粉外敷治疗小儿臀红疗效确切,效果明显优于传统疗法,且简便易行,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of external application of cod-liver oil harmonized Sanguisorba on children＇s red buttocks. Methods 78 cases of red buttocks treated in our department from 2010 February to 2013 February were randomly divided into vegetable oil nursing group,cod-liver oil harmonized Sanguisorba group and saline care group. The children were given nursing care according to the different degree of red buttocks. Results cod-liver oil harmonized Sanguisorba nursing group was significantly better than the other 2 groups（P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The curative effect of external application cod liver-oil harmonized Sanguisorba is good in treating red buttocks,obviously superior to the traditional therapy,which is simple and easy,worthy of the clinical promotion.
