摘  要:为了减少激光加工过程中的无效行程,提高加工效率,通过分析图形交换文件(DXF)数据结构的特点,并对其进行解析,采用高级编程语言Delphi开发平台构建了图元对象数据链表,从中依次获取图元对象信息.通过对数据链表的数据读取优化和数据转换,采用最近距离搜索的方法实现了激光数控加工路径的优化.实际效果表明,系统能够正确识别DXF格式的图形文件,优化后的加工路径可以有效避免因不同的绘图顺序造成的加工空程现象,提高了加工效率.To reduce the invalid stroke in the process of laser machining and improve the processing effi-ciency ,the data structure of drawing exchange file (DXF) was analyzed and the list structures of enti-ties were created by using a software development platform-Delphi ,from which data information of primitives can be read orderly .The routine of numerical control laser processing was optimized by nea-rest adjacent distance searching method after optimizing the data read and data exchange of list struc-tures .T he practical results show that the system reads the DXF correctly ,and the phenomenon of idle stroke caused by different orders of drawing is avoided effectively by optimizing the machining path and a more accurate and efficient laser machining process is achieved .
