半月板囊肿的关节镜下手术治疗临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨关节镜下半月板囊肿手术治疗的方法及其疗效。方法对21例半月板囊肿患者采取关节镜下囊肿切除,同时根据半月板损伤情况行半月板缝合或部分切除,并采用Lysholm评分在术前、术后对膝关节肿痛及活动受限等症状进行分析比较。结果全部患者均获随访,随访时间6-36个月,未见囊肿复发及明显术后并发症。Lysholm评分术前平均（71.3±5.6）分,术后显著增高到（94.8±3.2）分,术后膝关节评分较术前有明显增幅（P〈0.05）。结论通过关节镜下手术治疗膝关节半月板囊肿,不仅对膝关节肿痛及活动受限等症状有明显的改善,并且保留了创伤小、恢复快的微创手术优势。Objective To examine the method and its clinical effects of arthroscopic surgery for meniscal cysts. Methods Twenty-one meniscal cysts patients were treated by the arthroscopic surgery. Based on the conditions of meniscal cyst,surgical stitching or partial meniscectomy were performed. Lysholm score in the preoperative and postoperative knee swelling and limited mobility and other symptoms were analyzed and compared. Results All the cases were followed-up for a range of 6 to 36 months. There was no meniscal cysts or complications reoccurrence. The Lysholm score was significantly higher after the surgery（ 94. 8 ± 3. 2） than that before the surgery（ 71. 3 ± 5. 6）. Conclusions The treatment of meniscal cysts by arthroscopy was not only notably improved the keen joint pain symptoms,but also preserved the advantages of mini-invasive operation,such as little injury and fast recovery.
