扑热息痛缓释固体分散体的制备及体外溶出度的研究

摘  要:目的:制备扑热息痛(ACE)缓释固体分散体来减缓药物释放的速率.方法:通过测定扑热息痛在各种辅料水溶液中的溶解度,来选择最优载体及表面活性剂,通过溶出度实验结果来确定各组分最佳比例,最终以乙基纤维素(EC)为最优载体,吐温80(Tween80)为表面活性剂,用溶剂法制备ACE-EC缓释固体分散体,结果:当以EC为载体Tween80为表面活性剂,且药物EC Tween80的比例为1 5 1%时,对扑热息痛可起到很好的缓释效果.OBJECTiVE:Preparing the sustained release solid dispersions of Aeetaminophen (ACE) to slow down the dissolution rate. METHODS: Sustained release solid dispersions of ACE have been prepared by solvent method ,when selected the ethylene cellulose(EC) as optimal carriers and TweenS0 as surfactant from the solubility test. The optimal ratio of drug: carrier: surfactant were determined by the dissolution test. CONCLUSION:Use EC as the carriers and TweenS0 as the surfactant have a better sustained release effect, when the ratio of drug : EC : Tween80 was 1 : 5 : 1% in the solid dispersion system.
