摘 要:为了提高湿式多盘制动器的性能和使用寿命,分析其失效的原因.以井下铲运机的湿式多盘制动器为研究对象,建立湿式多盘制动器的三维有限元模型.应用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench对制动器的制动过程进行了模拟分析,得到湿式多盘制动器的初始压力分布曲线和制动工况下的温度场和接触压力的变化情况.研究表明,湿式多盘制动器的初始接触压力分布不均匀,制动过程中压力和温度相互耦合并在温度最高时压力增长最快.The failures of the wet multi-disc brake were analyzed to improve its performance and service life. With the wet multi-disc brake of the underground scraper as the object of research, the three-dimen- sional finite element analysis model was established. On the basis of the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench,the process of braking was simulated to obtain the initial pressure distribution curve and the changes of temperature field and contact pressure under breaking conditions. Research showed that initial contact pressure of the brake was unevenly distributed, and in the process of braking pressure and temperature were coupledl and pressure experienced the biggest increase at the highest temperature.
