摘　　要：法律推理是法律认识论中的重要思维方式之一。探究其内涵、分类,彼此内在的逻辑关系及其价值功能,目的在于寻求到对其规范运用的合适路径,并借此发挥出其在构建法治社会上的正面促进作用。The legal reasoning is one of the important ways of legal thinking in the theory of knowledge. The pur- pose of exploring its connotation, classification, inherent logic of each other and its value on function is seeking for the appropriate path for the specification use and making its full positive function in the construction of the so- ciety with rule of law.
