摘 要:为解决长庆油田元300和元301区油井严重结蜡的问题,在对该地区蜡样的熔点、组分、气相色谱和红外光谱进行分析的基础上,优化筛选了清蜡剂和防蜡剂,研制了适合长庆油田区块的LP-Ⅰ清防蜡剂。结果表明:以石油醚、二甲苯、环己烷、煤油与一定量清防蜡剂助剂复配得到的清蜡剂的清蜡率为96.23%;以萘、石油磺酸钠与高压聚乙烯复配得到的防蜡剂的防蜡率为32.47%;以清蜡剂∶防蜡剂=2∶1的比例复配得到LP-Ⅰ清防蜡剂的清蜡率为85.23%、防蜡率为27.59%。现场试验结果表明,添加LP-Ⅰ清防蜡剂的元301-56井和元301-59井示功图的最高载荷下降,最低载荷略有上升,载荷曲线面积明显变小,未出现明显结蜡现象,表明LP-Ⅰ清防蜡剂现场应用效果良好。In order to solve the serious problem of paraffin deposit at Yuan 300 and Yuan 301 area in Changqing Oilfield,based on melting point,composition,gas chromatography and infrared analysis,paraffin remover and paraffin inhibitor were screened and optimized,and LP-Ⅰparaffin remover/inhibitor was developed.Results showed that,paraffin removal rate of paraffin remover which complexed with petroleum ether,xylene,cyclohexane,kerosene and additives for paraffin remover/inhibitor was 96.23%;paraffin inhibition rate of paraffin inhibitor which complexed with naphthalene,sodium petroleum sulfonate and high-pressure polyethylene was32.47%;paraffin removal rate and paraffin inhibition rate of paraffin remover/inhibitor complexed with paraffin remover and paraffin inhibitor of 2∶1were 85.23%,27.59%,respectively.The field test results showed that,adding LP-Ⅰ paraffin remover/inhibitor into Yuan 301-56 and Yuan 301-39,their maxium load reduced,minium load increased,area of loading curve reduced obviously,wax didn′t appear.Above results indicated that LP-Ⅰparaffin remover/inhibitor had good application efficiency.
