摘　　要：目的探讨心理干预对改善晚期血吸虫病患者负性情绪及提高生活质量的作用。方法对晚期血吸虫病患者于入院后24 h内进行负性情绪和生活质量评估,选取SAS或SDS评分高于常模的170例患者作为本研究的对象,并随机分成干预组和对照组各85例,两组患者均接受常规治疗护理,在此基础上干预组患者还接受研究者依据心理干预模式给予的系统、规范、个性化的心理干预措施。入院后15 d对两组患者再次评估并与干预前评估结果进行比较。结果两组患者入院时SAS、SDS和WHOQOL-BREF评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);心理干预后干预组SAS、SDS评分显著降低(P<0.01),WHOQOL-BREF各领域评分明显升高(P<0.05)。结论心理干预可有效地改善晚期血吸虫病患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,并能提高其生活质量,具有临床应用价值。Objective To explore the role of psychological intervention in alleviating negative emotion and improving the life quality of patients with advanced schistosomiasis.Methods After receiving psychological assessment within 24 hours of admission,170 patients with higher scores on self rating anxiety scale （SAS） and self rating depression scale （SDS） than those of norms were divided into the intervention group and the control group （each n =85）.All patients in the two groups received the routine therapy and nursing care,while the patients in the intervention group additionally received the systematic,standardized and individualized psychological intervention.15 days after admission,all the patients in the two groups received psychological assessment once more and comparisons between the evaluation results before and after the psychological intervention were made.Results No statistically significant difference was found in the scores of SAS,SDS and WHOQOL-BREF within 24 hours of admission （P ＞0.05）.After the psychological intervention,patients in the intervention group showed a notable reduction in the scores of SAS and SDS （P ＜ 0.01）,but a significant increment in the score of each item of WHOQOL-BREF （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusions The psychological intervention can effectively relieve negative emotion and help to improve the life quality of patients with advanced schistosomiasis.It is worthy of being applied clinically.
