摘  要:目的探讨儿科危重症专科护士的培训模式、培训过程的质量控制及培训效果。方法 2010年10月至2013年12月共举办4期儿科危重症专科护士培训班,培训过程中不断优化课程设置,持续进行质量改进,分析并总结四期学员的培训效果。结果共培训护士63名,护士的儿科危重症专科护理核心能力在培训前后差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论科学严谨的课程设置、持续质量改进可确保儿科危重症专科护士的培训效果。Objective To explore the training effect and quality control of the training mode and procedure for training specialist nurses in pediatric ICU.Methods Nanjing Children’s Hospital had hold specialist nurses training courses of pediatric ICU 4 times with continuously quality improvement and curriculum setting optimizing,and analyzing and summaring the effect.Results There was statistic differences of pedi-atric ICU core nursing ability of 63 nurses before and after the training (all P〈0.05).Conclusion Scientific curriculum setting and continuous quality improvement can insure the training effect of specialist nurses in pediatric ICU.
