微生物学实验“项目依托式”教学模式探索

摘　　要：微生物学实验是生物技术专业的基础课程,针对专业特点以及就业的主要方向对传统微生物教学模式改良,建立了项目依托式的教学模式。该教学模式以独立项目的形式将传统微生物实验技能融入进去,将单一的验证性实验通过项目的形式转换成综合性、设计性的实验。采用这种教学模式有助于提升学生的科研思维以及对实验项目的自主设计能力和整体把握能力,从而培养出更优秀的应用型技术人才。Microbiology experiment is a basic course of biotechnology major. The conventional teaching method of microbiology is improved according to the characteristics of the major and the employment outlook to establish the project-based teaching mode. This teaching mode integrates the conventional microbiological experimental skills into independent projects, and converse the single validation experiments into comprehensive and design experi- ments. This teaching mode helps to improve students＇ scientific thinking, the independent design ability and the overall control of the experimental projects, so as to train more applied technological talents.
