不同浓度花浸提液对红三叶种子化感作用研究

摘　　要：以普通红三叶种子为受体,选取新鲜红三叶植株的花,设计了0.025 g/m L(DW)、0.05 g/m L(DW)、0.075 g/m L(DW)、0.10 g/m L(DW)、0.15 g/m L(DW)、0.20 g/m L(DW)6种不同浓度的水浸提液,研究了红三叶的花浸提液对其自身种子发芽势、发芽率、幼根长和下胚轴长的化感影响。结果表明:红三叶的花能够分泌出化感物质,对种子发育具有化感作用。不同浓度的红三叶浸提液对种子的发芽势、发芽率表现出"低促高抑"的现象;不同浓度红三叶花浸提液的化感物质对种子的幼根具有极强的抑制作用(p<0.01),而对下胚轴长既具有抑制作用又有促进作用。Taking ordinary red clover seed as receptors,fresh red clover plant flowers was selected,six different concentrations aqueous extracts with 0.025 g/mL（DW）,0.05 g/mL（DW）,0.075 g/mL（DW）,0.10 g/mL （DW）,0.15 g/mL（DW）,0.20 g/mL（DW） were designed to study the effects of red clover flower extract to its own seed germination potential,germination rate,root length and hypocotyl length allelopathic.The results showed：red clover flowers can secrete allelochemicals on seed development have allelopathic effects.In general,different concentrations of red clover extracts on seed germination potential,germination rate showed a ＂low promote high suppression＂ phenomenon;different concentrations of red clover flower extract allelochemicals on seed radicle has a strong inhibitory effect （p ＜0.01）,while the inhibition of hypocotyl both have long promoted.
