摘　　要：PPP(Public Private Partnership)模式在中国基础设施、公用事业等领域的投资与建设发挥越来越重要的作用,有必要对其相关领域的研究进行梳理以更好地指导实践。通过两阶段法分析PPP在中国的研究发展与趋势:整理国家自然科学基金自成立以来所有支持PPP相关研究的项目,对项目的年度数量、支持金额、研究范围等进行时序分析,将PPP在中国的发展划分为3个阶段并总结各阶段的特点;通过整理各基金项目负责人及申请单位信息,以及代表PPP在中国研究趋势的论文,建立并采用P-P-P(Project-Partnership-Process)维度分类法将研究内容从3个维度进行了研究趋势的总结与分析,为PPP模式在中国今后的研究与实践提供一定参考。PPP（Public Private Partnership）plays a more and more important role in the infrastructure and utilities investment and development in China,and it is necessary to summarize relevant studies to better guide practice. The PPP research development and trend in China is analyzed based on a two-stage method. This study first collects all PPP research projects supported by the National Natural Science Foundation since its inception,analyzes the annual number and funding amount and the research scope, divides the past research development of PPP in China into three stages and summarizes their characteristics. Papers represented the PPP research trend in China are then listed based on the project leaders and applicant information. A P-P-P（Project-Partnership-Process）classification method is built and used to summarize and analyze the research trend in three dimensions. This study would be helpful for future PPP research and practice in China.
