摘　　要：在对国内外港城互动关系斟酌回顾及阐述秦皇岛港城关系演化发展的基础上,借助计量经济学Panel Data模型方法分析港城系统的互动关联程度,得出秦皇岛港城互动关系现状,并对其原因进行总结,进而提出对策建议。Based on the review of the port-city interactive of home and abroad and the statement of Qinhuangdao port city relations development,using econometric Panel Data model to analysis correlation degree of port-city system interaction,thus getting it＇s current situation and summarize the reason,finally,put forward the countermeasures and suggestions.
