枕头坝碾压混凝土围堰温控与防裂研究

摘  要:枕头坝一级水电站导流明渠纵向碾压混凝土围堰采用的施工工艺特点为,在不分纵缝的大仓面通仓或斜层薄层连续铺筑数层后,以短间歇的均匀上升。该施工方法由于仓面大、基础约束大,易使表面产生裂缝。为此,通过优选原材料及配合比,并对浇筑全过程,如出机口温度、运输和浇筑过程加强控制,有效降低了碾压混凝土水化热温升,提高了混凝土的抗裂能力。取芯检查表明,电站纵向子围堰碾压混凝土浇筑质量优良,达到行业领先水平。The placement technical characteristics for longitudinal cofferdam of Zhentouba Ⅰ Hydropower Station are as follow:monolithically placement without longitudinal joints or using inclined-lift and thin-lift placement,which is followed by even-lift with short intermittent.The presented method is likely to produce concrete crack due to large monolith and strong restraint.Therefore,several measures were adopted,including optimizing raw material and mixing proportion,and strengthening control on concrete temperature at outlet of machine as well as whole process of transportation and placement,so as to reduce hydration heat of concrete and improve the crack prevention ability of the concrete.The core test showed that the placement quality of the RCC is high and reaches advanced level.
