摘  要:根据辐射板的换热特点,采用热阻分析方法给出一种计算辐射板表面平均温度的简便方法;并根据不同类型辐射板的导热过程,总结各类辐射板表面最低温度与表面平均温度的关系式。在此基础上,分析不同热阻的辐射板表面温度均匀性:室内热源均匀时,热阻较大的辐射板(如混凝土结构辐射板和抹灰形式毛细管辐射板)表面温度较均匀且与供水温度差异大,热阻较小的辐射板(如金属辐射板)表面温度不易均匀且最低温度接近供水温度;室内热源不均匀或辐射板局部有遮挡时,热阻较大的辐射板不同位置表面温度差异较大,需充分考虑此情况的影响。According to the heat transfer characteristics of radiant panel, a simplified calculation of its mean surface temperture with heat resistance analysis method was presented. And the relations of the minimum and mean surface tempertures of different types of radiant panels were summarized. On that basis, the surface temperature uniformity of radiant panels was analyzed: when indoor heat sources were uniform, the surface temperatures of the radiant panels with large heat resistance were well-distributed and distinct from the supply chilled water, while the surface temperatures of the radiant panels with small heat resistance were hardly uniform and its minimum temperature was close to the chilled water temperature. However, when indoor heat sources were non-uniform or the panel was shaded by furniture, the surface temperature of radiant panels with large heat resistance at different location would be significant different.
