英国球土和工业氧化铝在高强度电瓷坯料配方中的应用

摘　　要：以水曲柳粘土做对比,对英国球土做了窑业性能分析,认为该土可以用于湿法电瓷配方;对英国球土和工业氧化铝进行高强度电瓷配方试验,并完成配方的相关性能测试,结果表明:该配方工艺性能好,烧成温度范围宽,符合电瓷产品生产要求。The clay can be used in wet process electroceramic composition by the analysis that British clay contrast of Shuiquliu clay in ceramic performance. Test for application of British clay and commercial alumina in high strength electroceramic composition have been performed. The test results show that the composition has good processing performances and wide range of sintering temperature, and meets the processing performance for insulator production .
