摘 要:针对大批量生产的避雷器产品中有少数产品在出厂前发生直流参考电压降低、0.75倍U1m A下泄漏电流增大的现象,分析其原因:除无纬带的品质不佳和避雷器生产工艺不严格外,主要是含Ni O五元配方的氧化锌电阻片存在热稳定性不好。采取调整电阻片烧成温度曲线、变更电阻片侧面有机釉、调整侧面有机釉固化温度曲线和配制一种新的侧面无机高阻釉的措施后,其热稳定性得到明显改善。Among a batch of ZnO-varistor arresters, before leaving factory, a few products occur frequently reference DC voltage is reduced, the leakage current is increased under the condition of 0.75 U1mA. This paper reveals the causation of this phenomenon by means of high temperature roasting some varistors as well as their core mandrils. Analysis of the causes: in addition to poor quality resulted from lack of latitude-band and arrester production process is not strict, the mainly is the thermal stability of ZnO-varistor made by a NiO 5-ary formulation is not good. This paper has the problem solved by adopting some measures, such as adjusting its burn-making thermo-curve, changing its surface-glaze as well as its glaze solidifying 5-ray formulation by adding it temperature curve, and modifying the producing technique based on the with some a material which is benefit to the stability.
