摘 要:简述了行业标准JB/T 10609-2006《交流三相组合式有串联间隙金属氧化物避雷器》应修订的各种原因。从避雷器的持续运行电压、避雷器的额定电压、避雷器的工频放电电压、避雷器的保护水平、避雷器动作负载试验、避雷器工频电压耐受时间特性试验、避雷器局部放电试验等几方面,论述了修订后的标准和JB/T 10609-2006标准的主要技术差异,并分析了典型避雷器的持续运行电压参数及20 k V系统电站用典型避雷器的电气性能参数选取时的考虑因数,同时,在修订的标准中提出了该参数的建议值。为便于修订和执行标准,结合相关资料,介绍了避雷器相-相间的工频放电电压试验方法和冲击放电电压试验方法。A variety of reasons why the industry standard JB/T 10609-2006 "Combination type metal-oxide surge arresters with series gaps for the three-phase a.c. systems" should be revised are briefly described. The main technical differences between the revised standard and standard JB/T 10609-2006 are discussed from several aspects of an arrester, such as continuous operating voltage, rated voltage, power-frequency sparkover voltage, protective level, operating duty test, power- frequency withstand voltage versus time characteristics test, partial discharge test, and so on. And the considering factors that choosing the parameters of continuous operating voltage of the typical arrester and electrical performance of the typical arrester for substation of 20 kV system are analysed. Meanwhile, suggested values for the parameters in the revised standard are put forward. To facilitate revising and executing the standard, test methods of phase-to-phase power-frequency sparkover voltage test and impulse sparkover voltage test of an arrester are introduced combined with related documents.
