摘 要:油基钻井液具有优良的抑制性及抗温性等优点,近年来在复杂深井和页岩气井中得到了大量应用。由于油基钻井液与固井水泥浆间存在相容性问题,因此为固井工程带来诸多难题。为促进油基钻井液的应用,提高固井质量,在总结国内外研究现状基础上,分析指出油基钻井液钻井的固井难点主要包括井壁和套管清洗困难、滤饼难以清除、前置液评价方法不完备、流体接触污染严重、顶替效率低等。针对上述难点,提出应加强高效前置液体系、前置液性能评价方法与相应装置、油基钻井液驱替与置换机理研究,形成适用于油基钻井液钻井的配套固井技术。Because of oil- base drilling fluid has excellent inhibitive ability and temperature resistance,it has been applied widely in complex deep wells and the shale gas well in recent years. Due to the compatibility problems between oil- base drilling fluid and cement slurry,the many problems exist in cementing operation. In order to promote the application of oil-base drilling fluid technology and improve the cementing quality,the cementing difficulties of oil- base drilling fluid drilling were analyzed,including difficulty to clean wall and casing,difficult to remove filter cake,the incomplete evaluation method for preflush,fluid contact with serious pollution and low displacement efficiency. For the above difficulties,the corresponding countermeasures were put forward,that is strengthening the research on efficient preflush system,the evaluation device and method of preflush performance,and the displacement mechanism of oil-base drilling fluid,and the matching cementing technologies suited for the oil base drilling fluid drilling were formed.
