摘  要:大北204井是塔里木盆地库车坳陷克拉苏构造带西段大北1气田大北201断背斜东翼的一口评价井,该井上部地层吉迪克组为大套砾岩层,岩性软硬交错,地层可钻性差,钻进过程中蹩跳钻严重,常规钻井方式机械钻速极低,且井漏频繁。针对该地区钻井的技术难点,在大北204井与专业服务公司合作,应用了空气雾化等气体钻井技术。空气(雾化)钻井累计进尺806.4 m,平均机械钻速6.34 m/h。与邻井大北202井相比,空气、雾化钻进机械钻速是常规钻井液钻井的3.52倍。大北204井气体钻井实践经验为今后大北地的钻井施工提供了有益参考。Dabei 204 well is an appraisal wells in Kelasu tectonic belt of Kuche sag in Tarim Basin. The upper formation of the well is Jidike formation which is a large set of gravel stratum,bit bouncing is serious during drilling because of alternating soft and hard lithology and poor drillability,the ROP is low for using conventional drilling technology,and well leakage is frequent. According to the technical difficulties of this area drilling,air drilling technology was used successfully in well Dabei204,the accumulated footage of 806. 4m and the average penetration rate of 6. 34 m / h were obtained. Compared with the Dabei202 well,the air( atomized) drilling speed is 3. 52 times that of the conventional drilling fluid drilling. The experiences of gas drilling in well Dabei 204 provided a useful reference for Dabei area drilling in future.
