摘 要:方位控制是定向井井眼轨迹控制中的关键部分。资料表明,四川安岳区块地层漂移规律不易把握,易造成二次或多次定向。通过分析影响定向井井眼方位漂移的地质和非地质因素,针对安岳西部、北部、东南部区域特点,统计分析了2010-2013年川西钻探公司在该区块所钻33口定向井方位漂移实钻资料。结合现有地层各向异性理论模式,得出安岳区块不同地区在不同方位漂移规律和方位漂移严重区、平缓区,及各地层方位漂移能力:须家河组须四方位漂移力最强,须六次之,须五、须三、须二、须一方位漂移力较弱;自流井组珍珠冲地层方位漂移力较强,其他层位方位漂移力较弱。并在部分定向井进行试验,吻合程度较高。两种理论模式结合,既可用于描述安岳区块地层对方位漂移的影响规律,也可用于实钻定向井方位漂移预测,预留方位钻井,减少滑动比例,缩短钻井周期。Azimuth control is a critical technology of directional well trajectory control. Data shows it is difficult to master stratigraphic azimuth regularity in Sichuan Anyue block,which is likely cause secondary and multiple directional drilling. By analyzing the geological and non- geological factors that effect directional well azimuth drift,and aiming at the reservoir characteristics of Anyue block,the statistical analysis of azimuth drift real- time drilling data of 33 directional wells drilled by Chuanxi Drilling Co. from 2010 to 2013 were done. Combined with existing anisotropy theoretical model,the different azimuth drift regularities in different formation structure,and azimuth drift capabilities in different formation were obtained. Field test showed that the research fruits were coincided with experimental directional wells results. The obtained conclusions in this paper could describe the influence laws of formation on azimuth drift in Anyue block,and predict the azimuth drift of real- time directional well drilling which reduce sliding proportion and save drilling cycle.
