摘 要:疏松砂岩油藏,胶结强度差。投产后出砂严重,储层出砂会造成严重的地层伤害及卡泵事故。以吐哈最典型的疏松砂岩油藏雁木西油藏为背景,研究形成了疏松砂岩油藏压裂防砂新技术,该技术采用高砂比、低排量、连续段塞加砂技术,实现端部脱砂,从而提高裂缝导流能力。并通过压裂防砂机理研究,从而优选出性能优良的纤维覆膜砂支撑剂。其抗压、抗折能力强,50 MPa下破碎率0.99%,仅为常规支撑剂的四分之一。岩心试验8h出砂量仅为0.16 mg,能有效过滤细粉砂岩,减少油井出砂,最终提高疏松砂岩油藏的产能。The cementing strength of unconsolidated sandstone reservoir is poor. Sand production is serious after reservoirs put into production,which leads to severe formation damage and pump stuck accident. Yanmuxi reservoir is the most typical unconsolidated sandstone reservoir in Tuha Oilfield,based on the study of this reservoir,fracturing sand control technology suited for unconsolidated sandstone reservoir has been developed. The technology used high sand ratio,low displacement and continuous slug sand- injection techniques to realize tip-sand off and the increase fracture conductivity. Fine fibre pre-coated sand proppant has been selected via the study of fractu-ring sand control principle. Both the pressure resistance capacity and fracture resistance capacity of the proppant are strong,with a rather low damage percentage of 0. 99,which is only a quarter of conventional proppant. Sand production within 8 hours was 0.16 mg during core experiment. The fine siltstone can be filtered and sand production can be reduced by using the proppant.Therefore,the production capacity of unconsolidated sandstone reservoir has been improved.
