喷射增压技术在气田丛式井组的应用试验

摘  要:随着长庆气田开发方式的转变,丛式井数逐年增加。丛式井组采用多井单管串接集输工艺,由于储层非均质性强,导致同一井场气井产能和压力差异大,高压气井干扰低压气井生产。针对丛式井场低压气井产能发挥问题,开展了天然气喷射增压技术研究,利用同一井场高压气井的能量引射低压气井增压生产。基于流体在超音速状态下的流体混合能量传递原理,采用数值仿真模拟方法,设计了天然气喷射增压装置。通过开展丛式井组喷射增压生产试验,验证了丛式井场喷射增压工艺的可行性及配套流程的可靠性。试验结果表明,采用喷射增压技术可以实现丛式井场低压气井的增压稳定生产。与传统压缩机增压开采相比,喷射增压技术在节能和生产维护方面具有明显的技术优势。With the development pattern change of the Changqing gas field,the number of cluster wells increase year by year. The cluster wells group adopts multi- well single-tube series technology to gather and transfer gas,due to the strong reservoir heterogeneity,the gas wells productivity and pressure level in same cluster are different,high pressure gas wells interferes the production of low- pressure gas wells. In order to increase the productivity of low pressure gas well in cluster wells group,the research of jet booster technology was carried out,use the energy of the high pressure gas well to eject the low- pressure gas wells production. Based on the principle of the mixed fluid energy transfer in the supersonic state and using numerical simulation method,the natural gas jet booster device was researched and developed. Through the cluster wells injection supercharged production test,the reliability of the cluster wells injection supercharged technology was verified. The test results showed that the jet booster technology could achieve the stable production of low pressure gas wells. Compared with traditional compressor supercharger method,jet booster technology has obvious advantages in terms of energy efficiency and production maintenance.
