摘  要:目的研究抗-D产生与HLA-DRB1基因的相关性。方法随机挑选297名汉族志愿献血者,采用PCRr SSO反向杂交Luminex高分辨分型技术对其进行HLA-DRB1基因分型,同时采用血清学方法进行RhD、C、c、E、e抗体检测;并以2012年中华造血干细胞库HLA分型资料作为正常对照。结果抗体组与对照组相比,DRB1*07∶01等位基因频率显著升高(P<0.05),其它等位基因频率在2组间的差异未发现有统计学意义。结论 DRB1*07∶01等位基因可能与RhD抗体产生有关。Objective To analyze the relationship ~twee~ the HLA-DRB1 alleles and the production of RhD antibody. Methods HLA-DRB1 alleles were genotyped in 297 individuals by PCR-rSSO Luminex high resolution technology, and RhD/C/c/E/e antibodies were detected via the serological method. Unrelated normal individuals from Chinese Marrow Donor Program in 2012 were set as the control group. Results Compared with the controls, the group with RhD antibody had a significant increased frequency of DRB1 *07:01 (P 〈 0.05 ). The frequency of other alleles was not significantly different from the controls. Conclusion There may exist some correlation between DtlB1 * 07:01 and production of the RhD antibody.
