福州地区无偿献血人群梅毒感染检测情况分析

摘　　要：目的了解福州地区无偿献血人群中梅毒感染情况,分析不同性别人群的感染差异,探讨梅毒抗体确证结果与初筛反应性强度的关系。方法采用2种酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）试剂对献血者进行梅毒抗体筛查,筛查为反应性时用梅毒螺旋体明胶凝集试验（TPPA）确证。结果福州地区无偿献血人群2010～2013年梅毒抗体确证阳性率分别为0.39%、0.40%、0.47%和0.52%,均值为0.44%。在所有献血者中男性献血者阳性率为0.43%,女性阳性率为0.46%。2013年ELISA筛查为双试剂反应性的482份标本中430经TPPA确证阳性,初筛反应性标本S/CO〉15时阳性预测值为100%。结论本地区无偿献血人群梅毒流行情况呈上升趋势,不同性别献血者感染情况无明显差异,梅毒抗体初筛与确证结果的符合率随初筛检测反应性强度的增强而升高。Objectives To understand the prevalence of syphilis infections among blood donors in Fuzhou, to analyze the difference in rates of infection between different genders, and to investigate the relationship between the confirmatory result qff syphilis antibody and the strength of reactivity during initial screening. Methods Two kinds of ELISA reagent were employed to conduct screening for syphilis antibody in blood donations. If the result showed reactivity,TPPA was used to confirm the re- suits. Results From 2010 to 2013, the positive rates for syphilis antibodies among the blood donors were 0.39% ,0.40% ,0. 47% and 0.52%. The average was 0.44%. Among all the donors,the antibody positive rate in males was 0.43% and that in females was 0.46%. In 2013 among the 482 samples which showed reactivity in the screening using ELISA double reagent 430 were confirmed as positive for syphilis using TPPA. When the S/CO of the samples reached above 15 the positivity rate was 100%. Conclusion Among the blood donors in Fuzhou,the prevalence of syphilis has been increasing in Fuzhou. Gertder variation has exhibited no significant differences in the rates of infection. The accordance rate of the initial screening of syphilis antibody and the confirmatory result has risen with the increase in the strength of reactivity during initial screening.
