摘　　要：本文总结了国内外关于无偿献血者献血动机的研究,针对无偿献血的积极动机、消极动机以及相对应的无偿献血者招募策略问题,阐述了研究现状和结论。The paper summarizes the research on the motivation of voluntary blood donors at home and abroad. Based on the various aspects of positive and negative motivation exhibited by voluntary blood donors and the corresponding recruitment strategies, the current status and results of the research were expounded.
