大学生体育生活现状的调查研究——以玉林师范学院学生为例

摘　　要：运用问卷调查法、文献资料法及数理统计法,对玉林师范学院学生的体育生活进行统计检验与分析,目的是了解大学生体育生活的现状,帮助他们积极参与体育活动,促进其体质健康水平,培养他们终身体育锻炼的意识.结果表明:在体育消费行为上,男女生在购买运动服装方面具有非常显著的差异(P<0.01),而在购买体育类书刊、参加兴趣班培训的差异不显著(P>0.05).在体育意识上,男女生在保持体重塑造体型方面具有非常显著的差异(P<0.01),而在缓解压力调节情绪和自我评价体质健康方面差异不显著(P>0.05).在体育行为上,男女生参与体育活动的频度与形式具有非常显著的差异(P<0.01),参与体育活动的时间具有显著的差异(P<0.05),而在参与活动的项目上各有不同.研究结论:大学生体育消费形式比较单一,参与体育活动的目的明确且具有多样性、能动性,具有较强的体育锻炼意识.By the questionnaire survey, document literature and mathematical statistics, this paper did the statistic test and analysis of the sports life of students from Yulin Normal University to know the current situation of sports life of college students, and to help them participate actively in sports activities, promote their physical health, cultivate their consciousness of lifelong physical exercise. The study showed that： In sports consumption behavior, male and female students had bought sports clothing with very significant difference（P0.01）, in the purchase of sports books and magazines, in the interest of training was not significant difference（P0.05）. In sports consciousness, male and female students had maintained weight and body shape with very significant difference（P0.01）, and in alleviating the pressure, regulating emotional and physical health of self evaluation of the differencewas not significant（P0.05）. In sports behavior, the frequency and form of male and female students had exercised in sports activities with very significant difference（P0.01）, they took part in activities of time with no significant difference（P0.05）, and in the activities of the project are different. Conclusions： sports consumption form of college students is monotonous, their purpose of participation in sports activities is clear, and diverse, initiative; they have strong consciousness of physical exercise.
